Feeling down? Do this to raise your spirits!

Family Decorating Christmas Tree

While reading the book “Ask and it is Given” by Esther & Jerry Hicks, I learned a lot and found several of their exercises to be quite helpful. The “wouldn’t it be nice if …..” game is an easy way to lighten the thinking which inevitably lightens the mood.

Wouldn’t it be nice if the media shared good news and was inspiring to people?

Wouldn’t it be nice if there were limits to what the media shared with a specific geographical location?

Wouldn’t it be nice if people loved themselves and viewed themselves as enough, more than enough?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone had enough food to eat every day?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone believed in themselves?

Wouldn’t it be nice if our children felt free to be themselves?

Wouldn’t it be nice if the kids who bully loved him/her self?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone earned more than enough money to live happily?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone felt a sense of purpose in their work?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone practiced healthy emotional management?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone had a home to go to and a warm bed to sleep in?

Wouldn’t it be nice if people felt safe?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone felt free to express themselves?

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone enjoyed expressing their creativity?

What would the world look like, sound like or feel like if everyone did freely express their creativity if everyone felt free to express themselves if everyone felt safe if everyone had a home to go to and a bed to sleep in?

What would the world look like, sound like, feel like, if everyone practiced healthy emotional management, if everyone had a sense of purpose in their work, and if everyone made enough money to live happily?

What would the world look like, sound like, feel like, if kids who bully others loved themselves if children felt free to be themselves if everyone believed in themselves, and if everyone had enough food to eat every day?

What would the world look like, sound like, feel like, if people loved themselves and viewed themselves as enough if there were limits to what the media shared with a specific geographical location, and if the media shared good news and was inspiring to people?

I think the world would be beautiful as ever, with a harmonic sound of peace and feel euphoric because people would feel loved and lovable, they would know they are worthy of love and belonging and joy. They would practice courage, compassion and set boundaries. People would enjoy rest and play. The world would lead with respect and accountability while expressing joy and gratitude.

People would feel free to be vulnerable and express their spirituality because they would feel safe. they would live the human experience and feel their feelings. Be free to laugh, sing, dance and create and know they belong. People would live and love life and truly BE themselves.

This is a world I see in my heart and hope to inspire others to see it too!

I’m Coach Jackie Thomas.

I also happen to be a Nurse in the Healthcare field. I’ve been a PSW as well.

I’m a wife and mom who loves her family. But, sometimes, after a “bad day” or dealing with some intense trauma, I was triggered and brought it home to my kids and spouse. It wasn’t working.

At the height of my burnout, I went looking for solutions. Anything to make me feel better again. To love my career again. To reignite my passion again.

I found evolved NLP. The combination of science meets spiritual resonated with me. The work is founded in practices of forgiveness and healing on a cellular level for lasting true change.

To rebound, rebuild, and repair from days of trauma, disease, and stress.

To reclaim our passion to serve. To love our career and our lives - at the same time.

These tools gave me my life back. They can do the same for you.
