From suffering & surviving to thriving!

No one knows how I feel inside

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you’ve got to watch your back

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you’re always on guard.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you can’t trust anyone.

Looking through the lens of a survivor, no one has your back.

Looking through the lens of a survivor is emotionally exhausting.

Looking through the lens of a survivor requires that you always stand on guard.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, never show anyone your weaknesses, you simply just cannot have any.

Looking through the lens of a survivor, you kill or be killed.

Looking through the lens of a survivor can be very lonely.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, there is no one who will support you.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you’d better always get it right. Cuz if you don’t, you’re a failure.

As you’re looking through the lens of a survivor, you notice how bitter and angry you feel. You notice that angry and pain seem to be the only feelings you feel.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, perfect just wasn’t perfect enough.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you wonder what is the purpose of life.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you think, there has to be more than sadness, pain, and anger.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you learn that cause causes a certain effect.

When looking through the lens of a survivor, you begin to see, feel and hear, that you have control of your space in this world and how you choose to show up.

As you look through the lens of a survivor, you decide, it's time to take off the mask.

When you look through the lens of a survivor, it sucks taking off that mask.

But when you look through the lens of a survivor, you have learned that the devil you know is worse than the future you don’t.

When you look through the lens of a survivor, you decide to write your own story.

When you look through the lens of a survivor, you realized you have survived.

Now you look through the lens of a person, who is writing their story the way they want it to be.

And that person has learned self-compassion, self-love, and kindness to self.

Looking through the lens of a human, who has feelings, has a purpose, has love, has resources.

Looking through the lens of a human BEING, WHO has learned forgiveness and can now love others as much as loving thyself.

I’m Coach Jackie Thomas.

I also happen to be a Nurse in the Healthcare field. I’ve been a PSW as well.

I’m a wife and mom who loves her family. But, sometimes, after a “bad day” or dealing with some intense trauma, I was triggered and brought it home to my kids and spouse. It wasn’t working.

At the height of my burnout, I went looking for solutions. Anything to make me feel better again. To love my career again. To reignite my passion again.

I found evolved NLP. The combination of science meets spiritual resonated with me. The work is founded in practices of forgiveness and healing on a cellular level for lasting true change.

To rebound, rebuild, and repair from days of trauma, disease, and stress.

To reclaim our passion to serve.

To love our career and our lives - at the same time.

These tools gave me my life back.

They can do the same for you.
